We will ask for a deposit that can be paid by cash, debit, certified cheque, money order, Visa and MasterCard. Electronic copies are not available for public orders. See FAQ’s page for details on what information you must provide to us in order to receive an estimate of a transcript cost.


  • Fax your request on your company letterhead to – Coordinator, Recording Services, Verbatim Words West Ltd. Include the date and time of proceedings, location, estimated duration of proceedings and names of persons involved.

  • We will confirm our recorder availability.

  • Details about our service: We will arrive at the proceedings at least ½ hour before the start time. Rates and minimum fees are available upon request. If for some reason you must cancel the proceedings less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, a cancellation fee will apply.
